We have ~60 facilities — how should we do the authorship?
We have a few options:
1) have CEO authorship
2) have regional managers (2 total – west and east)
3) have local regional managers (10 total)
My boss believes it will be too logistically challenging to have every single manager’s photo with a nice headshot.
Which of the 3 do you recommend?

Yes, we’re getting off the customer lobby train and are now going to implement a fivestar type review system in our daily interactions with customers.
So we should we get a new set of reviews that havent been posted across the web yet?
