Is this where you get a D&B listing? Cari’s not in their database at all from what I can tell.

Is it worth $79/year to get the extra data in her Localeze listing? The basics are all correct.

Thank you all for the quick replies. This forum’s pretty great, huh? 😉

Darren, that ecosystem tool is fantastic. Thx for sharing. And thx for the extra thoughts in your reply. Have already started on a lot of that, just got thrown off by seeing Best of the Web (WTF?) so prominently in the Moz tool. Jeez.

If the price is right, I might buy one of your cleanup packages. Cari’s NAP is kinda a mess because she’s changed brokerages 3 times in the past 4 years, and one of those brokerages even relocated while she was there. So, four addresses in four years. And the place she’s at now is in a temporary office, so there’ll be more changes coming later. Ugh. I keep telling her she’s killing herself for local SEO……

(Our experiments indicate that click-through behavior on this new less-cluttered design is similar to the previous one.)

Didn’t they previously say that the photo/authorship improved CTR? I went looking for a quote from them about, but couldn’t find one last night.

Yes, they’ll be a force because they already have the name recognition and trust of a lot of individuals and small biz owners. It’s strange that they never did this before. Domain selling must be a very low-impact service in terms of customer service — almost everyone can DIY — so this shouldn’t require a lot of support/infrastructure.

Welcome, Bill! Which suburb are you calling home? I grew up in Bucks County.

Ken, what’s the real estate market like there? Over here, real estate agents and brokerages are slowly getting smarter about online marketing, but they’re constantly being barraged with crappy local marketing services, so some are very resistant.

Ron – are you sharing an IP address at home or the office? If so, it may not have been only you that Google didn’t keep pace with. 🙂

Hey Cory – just wanted to say that the crew is traveling today to Harrisburg, where we’re doing a workshop all day tomorrow. Replies might be a little slower than normal.

I’m with Phil. I’ve never heard anyone suggest there’s any benefit to doing that in Photoshop.

Welcome, Bill! I wasn’t able to make it to Philly, but saw your tweets — glad you’re joining us in the forums.
