I’m having an issue in the forums. It appears when this business owner tries to verify her business she receives an error message (“Sorry we are having some issues at the moment…”) and cannot continue the process.
After researching, it appears this is a problem on the backend of Google. My issue, I cannot seem to find a resolution. I’m not sure if this is something that should be escalated by a TC or if she needs to contact Google My Business support. Maybe both answers are correct.
I’m positive you guys have seen this message before. Curious to see how it’s been handled historically.
