    Hello,

I currently have a client who is placing organically for many different search phrases nationally and in a handful of specific cities. Because of this, we have never verified their Google map listing or built out local directories for their law office located in Chicago, IL. This was due to many team members being concerned that this would take away from their national placement and placement in other cities by putting too much emphasis on the city their office is located in. We recently noticed that the maps started showing for a Chicago search phrase that is very important to them, so now we are unsure of what the best option would be. What are your thoughts on this? If we complete a local campaign for the client, do you think it will limit their chances of ranking well in these other cities? I would appreciate any feedback! Thanks!
