    Hey everyone,

I have finally figured out this cleanup thing (Thanks to Mary!) – and I have a question on how to merge 3 duplicate listings I’ve found.

I now have control of these 3 pages:,+Rancho+Cordova,+CA+95670/@38.6153722,-121.2605777,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x809ae781be7835e7:0xa36702e071747ba7

Sunrise Boat and RV Storage (1 review)

The listing with 1 review comes up in Google searches – so I’d like to keep that one.

So do I mark the other 2 locations closed? Is there a way to merge all 3? Another option?

Evan (thanks for the shout out) If you have control of all 3, I’d try changing them all to reflect the most accurate info and wait to see if Google merges them. OR you can begin by using Google call back support and seeing if they will work to merge them on the back end for you.

Definitely don’t mark the 2 duplicates as closed. That would tank your ranking 🙂

Call or Tweet ( Google My Business and ask them to merge the 3 pages. I would definitely suggest you call because if Google catches you with multiple listings for the same business they can suspend all the pages and you don’t want that to happen.

Thank you both for the reply – I’m giving them a call now to sort this.

Okay – what the Google rep had me do was:
    1) switch to card view
    2) click “manage location”
    3) scroll to bottom and click delete listing

He then said that he’d merge the listings within the next 10 business days.

Does that sound correct to you 2 intelligent women?

So you’d only want to delete the ones that you don’t want (the ones they’ll be merging). You still want to keep 1 in your account (whichever has reviews is what I’d keep).

Yup – 2 deleted 1 kept. Thank you.
