Hello all, its been almost 6 weeks we have applied more than 4 times to create the account and have received nothing. Many calls to Google – nobody seems to know anything.

A few more questions.
Who is applying – you (as the agency) or the client?
What type of email is the Google account that is the primary owner on the listing – is it a Gmail or an email that matches the company domain? Is this the email you put on the application form?
The address is hidden on the Philadelphia listing (i’m starting with that one). What is it – a home address? Can you list the address?September 20, 2017 at 12:27 pm #14946
We are applying through our Manager Adwords account, on behalf of the client.
Both GMB have the Primary Owner email that our AdWords account is attached to, which is firstname.lastname@example.org
The email we put on the application form is our email@example.com account attached to AdWords.
Neither of the clients in question have AdWords accounts set up (yet).
We were instructed by Google AdWords reps ‘not to do this’ until we heard back from firstname.lastname@example.org.

Okay this is most likely the issue. From what I’ve heard, HSAs seem to have no desire to work with agencies, although Google has claimed otherwise.

Another Top Contributor that has dealt with HSA for clients also told me this:
There must be a unique Google account (of some email address) that will be used for HSA. Once HSA sets up the client they will attach it to that particular Google account. Once Google sets up the account, they can then link it to their MCC.
So I would definitely use the client’s email and create a Google account for it if one doesn’t exist already.
