Wondering if anyone had luck easily managing the Q&A feature in Google Maps for multi-location businesses as of yet? Joy’s article regarding this new feature notes, “In order to be notified about questions submitted by customers, business owners must have the Google Maps app and must be signed in with the same Google account that they use to manage their listing in Google My Business. These notifications don’t show up anywhere currently in Google My Business, so if you’re not using the Google Maps app, you will have no idea when someone asks a question about your business.” (By the way, thank you Joy for all of this information!)
I’ve tested this out, but haven’t had any luck. We have 250+ locations in just one GMB account for one client. In another, 110+ locations and so on and so forth. Hoping to hear your opinions and insight!
