Hi there. I may have done this and forgot, but has anyone seen these conversion actions in AdWords before? Are they coming from GMB insights? Why are they locked and how would one unlock them to edit them? Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

I don’t have anyone running this type of local PPC right now so I can’t 100% recreate this report – but from what I can tell you can’t control it at all. You can learn about local actions in adwords reports here:
    https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/9014109

    From the article:

Local conversion actions are counted whenever people complete an action that’s specific to an advertiser’s physical location (like a store), during or after interacting with an ad for that advertiser. Since local conversion actions happen on Google’s products and services (for example, Google Maps), local conversion actions are automatically defined by AdWords. Local conversion action data is aggregated and anonymous.

If your account records conversions associated with these local actions, you’ll see them in the Conversion actions table, along with any other conversion actions you’ve defined. You can also view these in any of your AdWords reports by segmenting the “All conversions” column by conversion action. By default, conversions associated with local conversion actions are not included in the “Conversions” column.
