Google Displaying “In Between” Label for Personalized Searches
Carrie Hill

Last week my co-worker at Sterling Sky, Colan Nielsen, noticed that an “In Between” label was appearing on a Google MyBusiness listing in the Local Finder.

It’s an interesting label because it’s not easy to replicate – and it looks like it’s being triggered based on businesses you’ve visited nearby – and their relative distance to the place in question.  It’s highly personalized and could be related to the Location Hints also displayed on some brand’s knowledge panels.

Have you triggered the “in between” messaging in your local searches? Discuss it with us on the Local Search Forum!
